Refer to the AHA Guidelines 2005 Document as well as ERC ILCOR documents for new guidelines 2005, there is evidence out there! it's quite a touchy subject. Something we've been going on about here for a while! They were suspended and after months and much uproar they may have gotten their jobs back. I have never heard of any protocol for this. Maybe somebody in NJ knows more details. ---- David Sullivan <fpcems at yahoo.com> wrote: > Hello List, > > I was sittting around the fire station at work, and one of my co-workers brought up an argument that we all had differing opinions on. Is there any reading out there about the pre-hospital c-section on a pregnant female that has injuries incompatable with life? ie decapitation, major trauma ect..has anyone on this list ever run into a situation like that or similar. i do this is far fetched, but it must have happened somewhere? > > dave sullivan BA NREMT-P > > > --------------------------------- > Talk is cheap.
