Dear Karim,

I think it is an all or none type decision. Ban all non clinical discourse or allow all. Anything in between will require you to actively monitor the list. Which is fine, but quite a job. 

I vote for an open free for all list. Members should be savvy enough to be able to filter topics they don't like. If we cannot decry violence and its causes in all of its forms we will be sticking our heads in the sand, remember the utility of the famous  gun debates. Drawing the line/rules etc. will be a difficult task.
