Yes
 
There were a lot of things that went wrong here. While this is certainly not
typical for EMS, it doesn't help justify procedures. It is frustrating for
all medics when things like this happen.

But the terror and insanity doesn't end when the patient arrives at the  E.D

"He testified that it took him four attempts over 20?25 minutes before he
was able to accomplish intubation."
