Clamp the the chest tube in an EMS placed chest tube

We just had one put into the pancreas instead of the chest by someone who 
"thought they heard decreased breath sounds" They felt that a "needle 
decompression was worthless."  On his ER films you see the CT in the abdomen and no pt.
