Here in  Pakistan, we use a lot of another NSAID, Diclofenac, which is
available as  parenteral preparation, both IV and IM, as most places do not
have any  opiod analgesia available, due to various restrictions.

Interesting, as there is only one other IV NSAID  listed on the US FDA site, 
indomethacin, listed for treatment of patent ductus  arteriosis.
