Simon, Mike: Atropine does not affect bradycardia accompanying brain death. Sorry. It's a clever notion, and a credit to both your dedication and your creativity; but it doesn't work. I have no illusions that atropine will save the patient or fix cushings. I see it as avoiding asystole.
