We have been using Stryker stretchers in our trauma bay, and they have worked well.....x-ray is happy, nursing is happy, and that makes me happy. RIG >>> monigope at hotmail.com 6/1/2005 12:19:41 AM >>> Apologies if this topic has been discussed in detail before. I have just been given the onerous task of investigating trauma stretchers for our new resuscitation area. It seems that once they are bought and used for a while, the department figures out where all the problems are.ie poor brakes, difficult xrays, hard to push..... I seem to hear more complaints than recommendations. Does anyone out there have any experience with really good trauma trolleys-mobile and able to get half decent xrays through.
