I don't know if anyone on this list is interested, but we just finished 
a large scale evaluation (27 hospital cluster RCT) of evidence-based 
guidelines for nutritional support in the ICU. Although we haven't 
released the results of the overall cRCT, we have published the results 
of the guideline development process.

We have published these documents on the web and they describe the 
methodology used at the evidence-based guidelines conference, contain 
one-page critical appraisal summaries of each paper reviewed at the 
meeting and present the meta-analyses of clinically meaningful outcomes 
used to generate each evidence-based recommendation.  The link also 
provides access to a pdf file describing the complete implementation 
strategy used in the Guidelines-adopting Hospitals. I trust you will 
find these resources useful.
