Recombinant Factor VIIa

Dear People,

I attended a talk by NovoNordisk promoting recombinant factor VIIa in trauma
with coagulopathy.  Apparently US medics in Iraq are using it in penetrating
trauma. Interestingly the RCT supporting factor VIIa use shows significant
benefit in blunt but not penetrating trauma. Would you use it/have you had
occasion to use it? What say you O gurus of the list?
