DOCTOR Teles,   I am so very sorry, let me apologize with my deepest embarsement.   I have been corrected off line by a dear friend of yours, who corrected me that you are a charming woman with a wonderful family and daughter, you are also a DOCTOR of international reputation and work intensively with surgeons in your hospital   My last post to you addressed you as Mrs. which is legally correct, but did not acknowledge your professional standing.    I must say many prayers and give to charities to display my resolute spirit.  Please accept this public apology for any embarrassment I have caused you.  

I have read most of the chapters of TOP KNIFE during the night last night and today.   My enthusiasm expressed to you and others yesterday was premature, for the book is much better and will help me in my practice much more than I could have ever imagined.    Praise be to our Gods.
