I would have thought a bigger priority for the CRASH investigators would have been to finally sort our whether ICP monitoring is appropriate in severe head injury. My own hospital houses a reknowned neurosurgical centre who are completely unable to agree on its value and have no departmental policy on its use. It would have been great if this could have been addressed.
