We started this several years ago after we were able to offer intervention.
That fact that we had a "program" in place led us to receive funding for
dedicated next day substance abuse providers.

 Our anesthesiologists want to initiate routine drug screens in trauma,
believing this is necessary for their care of the patients. We have not done
this in the past. What does the list think and what do other centers do?
