Are you serious?
90% of medicine is based on anegdotes. If we had some good data out there we 
would not be having this discussion, I'd just say- here read this and that 
would be that.
Have you ever seen data which prooves that O2 is of any use in hypoxia?
I haven't. Does not make it wrong to use it though.
The 2 patients I intubated without drugs- 1 died, the other walked out, but 
he was not a trauma patient. The one that died though was pretty much 
brought in dead and did not stop breathing as I was watching him. There are 
too many variables don't be naive we'll probably never get decent data for 
it and that's why we have doctors and not computers treating patients.
