I would submit this to the group: if by instituting an educational program very similar to ATLS, and in so doing infringing on copyright 'laws,' a third-world nation is able to make a real and positive impact on trauma care among its population, then the so-called 'illegalities' of copyright infringement are totally eclipsed by the moral imperative of promulgating the initiative in question. Just one man's opinion.
