when and how i can define - Is this patient "hemodynamically unstable" in trauma of pelvis or abdomen

i would know in which way i can use the parameters (age ,gcs, blood pressure, heart rate lactate be ) and of course clinic
to define if the patient is stable or instable -
example
a man after a car crash come in er-
parameters : hr 100 fr 19 gcs 15 bp 90/70 lactate 3,0 be -2,4 age 69 .........patient has affected by hypertension in drug treatment with acei
cxr negative.fast on arrival negative -pxr show a focal fracture of anterior arch (pubic fractire and acetabular fracture transtectal - after a drip of warm ringer 2000 cc parameters are hr 100 bp 105/80 gcs 15 lactate 2,7 be -2,4 fr 18 ..this patient will be stable or instable.....?
all algorytms for pelvic fracture show the definition of stable instable well ,when i can say this patient in stable ..........or instable ......
Neither the AIS/ISS, the APACHE score, or the TRISS are available quickly.

Age, fracture pattern, RTS, base deficit, GCS, systolic blood pressure and (according to Wolfgang Ertel) lactate - these are available quickly.

We need to be able to define "unstable" quickly. If it takes us an hour to tell who's unstable, ............may be too late for the patient

thancks for your attention and time

a belletti
