As far  as I am aware, ATLS as envisaged by the American College of Surgeons
is not  taught in India.  There are several agencies that invite  ATLS
instructors to conduct courses in trauma but these do not fit any of  the
guidelines for ATLS.
The Early Management of Trauma Course conducted  under the aegies of the
Society of Emergency Medicine of India is probably  the only course that
could be labelled as the Indian equivalent of  ATLS.

ATLS HAS been approved by the ACS, otherwise it could not be called "ATLS"  
which is a registered title legally protected by copyright laws
