Actually, Tara, "K" is Dr. Kenneth Mattox, one of the
world's most respected trauma surgeons (yes he
wrote the  book).  You should do some research on
this topic.  As others have said, there is, to date, no
scientific evidence to support your statements.  And
in many places, helicopters are used as "an air ambulance"
which is one of the problems we have been discussing.
