Are the comments from the list members who are not Trauma surgeons not worth hearing? Bupivocaine intercostal blocks are great. Heard of someone who had an intrathoracic (infusion into the pleural space) bupivocaine infusion with good effect for multiple #s. I don't understand the mechanism - does any one else?
