Two questions: 1.) Why does she need to be, "decontaminated"?  Maggot 
therapy for wound debridement is well published as a modality for 
management of complicated wounds.  The maggots are smarter than the docs 
are and only remove dead tissue.  Outside of the "yuch" factor, they 
aren't hurting the patient.

2.) What is the life expectancy of an 80 y/o who just had a v-fib arrest?
