we have very low threshold for ordering CT scans of the abdomen and =
pelvis.  For all the reasons that were stated earlier this patient is a =
prime candidate for CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis.  One can argue =
that this patient did not have any loss of consciousness and therefore =
CT of the head is not indicated.

Clearing the cervical spine in this instance may be a mistake.

He is stable and the Cervical spine was cleared, the chest x-ray is =
stone cold normal.   The orthopods are happy with the pelvic and =
