Fiona, Try not to let yourself become isolated. As Phil Munro says, look for others who may share your ideas or at least your approach. Make sure you don't get stuck in a postion where you are characterized as pushin "your ideas" and attacking "their ideas". These questions of yours are based on what you have read. Look for forums to share this knowledge. Try to move through education rather than confrontation. Andy, The combination of MPH, MD can be a powerful one in the sense that it will help you to be a continual pain in the ass.People can't tell you to just shut up because you don't know what you're talking about.
