What reason do you have to want tetanus in an emergency unit?
The last I knew it wasn't an emergency treatment.
If they are stable enough to not need to go to the ED for treatment and
get it there, send them to their personal physician or clinic or where
ever they seek routine care and have it done.
It sounds to me like a very expensive chilling unit for a short supply
drug that has no purpose in a paramedic unit.
