 Hey, why don't  you contact airlift northwest in seattle,  they operate out of boeing field.  they fly helicopters, fixed wing and jets to transport from close and as far away as alaska.  they might be a good source of experience and information.  they have an 800 number.  i have it at home and can give to you if you are interested.
