Hello Dean,

As someone who has dealt with the need for triage of casualties I fully
understand your point.

>Nine or twelve patients requiring surgery (often all with a RTS above 25)
often happen to visit
> us on a Saturday night - apart from the broken bones and walking

Even here, in what is considred a near war situation, 10 critically injured
victime over a 24 Hr period is considered a mass casualty situation which
drains a Level I trauma center's capabilities for quite a few days, and does
not happen so often.

One question. What is RTS >25 ?? or is it ISS ??
