v-fib seizure

I had a similar case a few years ago.  20 something male witnessed first time 
seizure.  Family didn't get too excited because 4 or 5 other family members 
have seizure disorder.  We found him in asystole and worked him up to VF then 
shocked into torsades.  He converted right way after some mag.
Ultimate diagnosis - prolonged QT syndrome.  His whole family was tested and 
found to be the cause of their seizures.
Interesting case that had a direct impact on the whole family.
