       I work with cook book Paramedics and have to compensate for them 
sometimes. Nonetheless, there is no need to slam someone when he or she has 
the guts to go online in a forum where there are physicians and others with 
an acknowledged higher education and ask a question. That is just showing 
lack of class, tact and decency. We do not know if he is a cook book 
medic....all he did was ask a question. Take care.
