Burn patients.

Us too.  Morphine.  Lots and lots of Morphine.  Given by the tens if
necessary.

Give iv morphine. My practice is to dilute 10 mg in 9 ml of saline, in a
10 ml syringe, give 3-5 iv push, and then add mg by mg until pain free. 

Repeat as needed.
