Hy: We've been flying a few patients with 90%(+) BSP burns of second and third degree, and, some bettween 50 and 90% and I was wondering which are your protocols for pain management obviously they were intubate because airway burned , the place where we flew from has no ABG's (little town) , but one of them with more than 90% with renal failure, and, coagulopathy. I know it's not life compatible but we must do the best we can, what do you suggest? Alejandro Cabrera, M.D.
