We have a registar enter the data.  The trauma coordinator (RN) reviews all the records and decides what needs further review.  Charts go to the Trauma Director, other specialities or emergency medicine.  They are responsible for filling out a review sheet.  

Times we monitor are: greater then 120 mins in the ED, transfers from another facility >6 hours and of course response times of the physicians.
