Sorry, missed that coversation about D-MAT. What was the general consensus
of everyone about D-MAT? As a newly active member of our 10 year old
organization I'd be curious as to what we could do to streamline.

In all due respect, the D-MAT system needs complete reorganization.   On
this 
web site about 4 months ago there was a wonderful exchange on D-MAT.   I 
agree with RIck that this is the most logical web site for this discussion
to 
occur.
