Thanks for the X-ray.   The X-ray contains at least 6 of the signs which
have 
a high correlation with transection of the descending thoracic aorta.  

I would NOT do a CT on this patient.  I would be highly critical of anyone 
who ordered a CT with this X-ray.   If the patient were stable, I would 
perform an arteriogram.  If the patient were unstable, I would perform a
Left 
4th interspace posterolateral thoracotomy.
