Karen,

Trauma.org has a couple of archival rib traction pics that I have used in
power point presentations in the past.  To add a note to what Pret said
about pictures on the internet, I have found that most "owners" of pictures
don't mind the use as long as it is for educational purposes and credit is
given as to the source.
