hypovolemic signs in CT - again

Hypovolemia results in diminished diameter of vessels such as the ivc. The 
aorta may be very small 1 cm in diameter but that could result from 
vasoconstriction as well. The kidneys' microcirculation vasoconstricts and 
there is an intense contrast stain of the kidney
There may be other signs that i dont know of
Perhaps some of the radiology lurkers could chime in
