ICU software project

My name is Antonio Nuņez. I work in a hospital near Madrid, Spain. We
are going to submit a proposal for the V Framework Programme (IST,
European Union), to get resources to develop an Open Source Intensive
Care Software Application. We need three european Units to complete
the group of Units that will participate in the design and testing of
the application. Participating Units will receive funding in
accordance with their share of the total work. No informatic knowledge
is needed, only experience as healthcare workers and interest on using
new electronic tools. Physicians as well as nurses can participate.
Units from any country from the European Union can participate
(excluding Spain and Portugal, we already have some appointed Units in
those countries).
