ICEM conference-thoughts?

Can anyone who has attended one of the past ICEM conferences give me =
some feedback?  Are these conferences well attended and do they really =
deal with Emergency Medicine, or is it more critical care?

This year's conference will be in Edinburgh--do you think it will =
attract physicians from all over Europe or just the UK?  And do =
physicians attend, or is it geared more for administrators or nurses or =
?

Thanks in advance--any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
