We simply issue them a letter that stated they've attended and that the class has been approved for x amount of CMEs under the authority .... blah, blah, blah. At least that way if their state or credentialing organization will accept it they've got the proof. We do not issue them the yellow card that we give the physicians. If you find anything different please let me know Thanks Bif Clinical Director, Emergency Services Tacoma General Hospital (253) 403-1052 FAX (253) 403-7982 e-mail bfink@multicare.org -----Original Message----- From: Bjorn, Pret [mailto:pbjorn@emh.org] Sent: Tuesday, January 15, 2002 6:48 AM To: Trauma-List (E-mail) Subject: ATLS: CME for Physician Extenders It appears I missed a memo somewhere. Is anyone on the List familiar with recent changes in ATLS which allow CME for PA's? I would be grateful for any information or references.
