The dose for sodium citrate is as follows: Sodium citrate 8000 mg/1000ml to run on a 3-way stopcock pre-filter/predilution. Initiate rate of 140ml/hr. We then scale it by ACT draws You must also initiate a CaCl drip of 8 gm/1000ml NS at 40ml/her You cannot run Bicarbonate and we check Ionized calcium q6 Dan Caruso
