Today a gun distributor (not even the manufacturer) was hit with a=20
$1.2 million judgment for distributing a pistol which was used by=20
some messed up thirteen year old kid to kill his teacher. This=20
judgment represents 5% of a $24 million judgment also against=20
the Palm Beach School Board and the gun owner.=A0 Note, neither=20
the School Board nor the owner were named as defendants and=20
neither will have to pay anything.

This is proof positive that the jury system is badly flawed.=A0 Juries=20
look at it as their privilege to redistribute wealth to correct=20
social injustice.

This type of messed up decision (which is all too common in the USA)=20
just reinforces my heart felt opinion that you are crazy if you ever=20
depend on the US judicial system to either protect you or to be fair.

Asset Protection is the only way to insulate yourself from this type=20
of ridiculous decision.=A0 Once again, I am really embarrassed for our=20
out of control judicial system.=A0 We should be ashamed of ourselves for=20
letting this type of blatant abuse fly.
