Nor Dilaudid.=20 In respect to Demerol, this drug actually can be given without an = anti-emetic. It just needs to be given over 5 min.=20 Promethazine (phenergan) is such an annoying drug. For straight nausea = it is useful. Unfortunately, many practitioners want to order it along = with demerol.
