C-spine clearance and ETOH

Dear Emma,

What policy are you writing?? Spinal care, c-spine clearance, alcohol and spinal
clearance???

We have a well defined spinal clearance policy (among others) which requires
patients to be "not intoxicated". We have left that definition to the clinicians
involved rather than any arbitrary lab measurement.
