Pret is right.  I wrote out a whole list of perceptions regarding potential 
actions in the future.   Almost as an after thought, I merely cited a few 
observations which were not perceptions for the future.   One of the 
afterthoughts, I had the opinion might cause some stir.  How very wrong I 
was, for the one which I though would cause debate, has been totally ignored. 
  Many of the clinical, research, and medical ethic issues in the projections 
have been ignored.    I guess so much for diversion.   It was not my intent 
to divert, but to focus on some of the emerging issues of our craft.
