Global Medical Student
We regularly get enquiries from students asking if we know of institutions around the world where they can go an broaden their experience in trauma and critical care. This database is the beginnings of an effort to collate those institutions around the world that offer an experience and learning opportunity in these fields. If you would like to include your institution in the database please send the required details at the bottom of this page to studentelectives@trauma.org (or email us for an e-form). Alternatively, email us the name of the person responsible for medical student electives at your institution and we will get in touch with them directly. We hope that this database will be driven by the medical students who will benefit from it. Students who have been on a trauma elective can also submit details of their elective and we will contact them ourselves. Students can also add a commentary of their experience to the database.
