An urgent care center
at a ski resort. We see 20-40 patients per day, more than
1/2 acute ski trauma. There is no permanent faculty, but several
physicians from around the country do stop by and help me
teach students. |

opportunities
|
Most injuries are
less than an hour old, and involve all parts of the body.
We reduce fractures and dislocations, evaluate acute knee
sprains like torn ACLs |
